We have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their visit. Just a few things to keep in mind, as we want to ensure a smooth experience for all.

  • cancellations

    We know things happen, we are human. Our techs are paid by each service so unfortunately our technicians are not paid unless services are rendered. We have had so many cancellations to we have to now insure both parties.

    Any cancellation will result in forfeit of deposit. There is a cancellation fee of $25 in order to rebook and remain in good standing with the salon. This does not go towards your next service and deposit. All no shows will not be able to book until both cancellation fee as well as upgraded deposit (half of service) is paid. Please ensure you understand this policy.

  • NO REFUNDS

    There are absolutely no refunds of any kind. We are not responsible for premature nail breaks, lifting, stones falling off etc. We are unable to fix any nails after 4 days for free. We keep you at ease with our 4 day fix free guarantee.

    If you are unhappy at any time of your service it please voice this to your nail technician before leaving our salon. This allows her to fix to your liking. To book a fix, please book as you would a normal appointment. Remember after 4 days of service, we are unable to accommodate or “fix” anything without charge.

  • walk ins

    At this time, we have moved to being an appointment only salon until further notice.

    Walk ins are only accepted on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s as the nail techs schedules permits. (Does not guarantee service)

    We are unable to accommodate any walk ins other than these days. You must book in order to receive services. Please do not come in to book, but follow booking instructions.

  • tardiness

    Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at IIE NAIL BAR and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment, and rebook you for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers. You can do this by texting us as soon as possible at 912 216-2323.

Wait time 

While we try our hardest to ensure minimal to no wait, there are times where you may experience a wait. We ask that you don’t schedule multiple errands or have time restrictions when booking with us. Every client is valued. We offer custom sets, and at times your nail artist may overlap due to requests or other mishaps. If you are ever unable to wait, we will refund 100% of your deposit and allow you to reschedule. 

IIE NAIL BAR Policies

• Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time 

• No extra guests (kids, friends, boyfriends, etc.)

• Deposit required for all services. No deposit, no appointment.

• Masks are required (we do not have extra masks)

• All services must be booked. If nothing is scheduled we can not perform service.

• No eating while services are being rendered.

• Please ensure you are able to voice who your appointment is with. You will be asked at check in.

• Please ensure that you are being respectful of not only our nails techs, but all other guests.

• We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
